Bottom toilet seat fixings are fitted from the top and then tightened from underneath.

Top toilet seat fixings are fitted from the top and then also tightened from the top.

EasyFix

Expansion plug that is inserted into the holes in the porcelain sanitaryware from the top. Allows for easy and quick assembly by inserting the plug and tightening.
