In line with our strategy of diversification and adaptation to the demands of both the mass market and institutional projects, we are expanding our toilet seat range with three key new models:
1. RUDA Toiletb Seat in Duroplast: Structural Strength and Minimalism
RUDA Toilet Seat represents the highest evolution within our Duroplast line. This thermosetting material is characterised by high scratch resistance and structural rigidity, offering a clean aesthetic with a porcelain-like appearance.
The RUDA model features a D-shape design and a slim sandwich-style profile that exposes the ring, following a minimalist design approach. Thanks to the SlowClose system, it provides a controlled soft-closing motion for enhanced safety and comfort. The Release&Clean system allows easy removal for improved cleaning. It is also adjustable and enables top-fix installation.
2. MEDER and NERE Seats in Versagrit®: Certified Sustainability and Premium Quality
COMSAN’s technological exclusivity is reflected in the expansion of our MEDER and NERE models, fully manufactured in Versagrit®. This unique material, based on a proprietary formulation, is composed of 60% plant-based and recycled organic residual sources—a value independently audited and certified by global leader SGS and aligned with PEFC sustainable forest management standards.
COMSAN’s MEDER and NERE toilet seats, made from Versagrit®, are high-density products that offer significantly superior moisture resistance compared to Duroplast, lacquered wood, or conventional plastics. They do not yellow under UV exposure thanks to their exclusive coating formulation and incorporate integrated antibacterial properties, reducing the need for aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
MEDER toilet seat is designed with organic, ergonomic shapes that maximise end-user comfort. Its continuous surfaces and smooth lines reduce critical areas where dirt and microorganisms can accumulate, while providing a warmer touch compared to standard polymers on the market.

1. Basic Hook Hinge with Plastic Fixing
Designed as a highly reliable and cost-optimised technical solution for large-scale construction projects. The integration of advanced engineering-grade polymers in the anchoring hook completely eliminates galvanic corrosion caused by extreme humidity and bathroom cleaning agents, ensuring the seat remains firmly secured without loosening over time.
2. Removable Pivot with Adjustable Slot Plastic Base
This innovation directly addresses the need for universality and fast installation required by professional installers. The plastic base incorporates a millimetric linear adjustment slot, allowing precise adaptation of pivot spacing and position to a wide range of ceramic toilet models available on the market.
In addition, the removable pivot system allows the entire seat to be detached in a single quick motion. This provides full, unobstructed access to the ceramic surface and fittings, enabling deep and efficient cleaning.
